multiuser programming using ms access and visual basic

I need to allow multiple users to get into the same Access database at the
    same time accross a network.
The system will be importing and exporting data in the background as 4 or 5
    users work with it.

What issues do I need to consider?
How and when do I use Table locking in ADO?

Any help on the matter much helpful

    Hi there,

Kindly refer to below listed issues,

    Network speed
    Database growth

Table locking is only needed when inserting & updating records, this will be just nice when it comes to access database.. take care my fren.. :)

you can always do a user-level security on MS Access
from tools select a security and choose a user-level security and follow up the instructions
