How to make a button look flat in VB?

I've never learn VB yet. And I'll only get to learn it next year but now I have to complete a project with VB as the programming language. =.=

I've already changed the appearance to flat in the button proeprties. Is there anything else I should do? Cause it isn't looking flat at all. :/
