Installer problem

Hii All,

I tried to creat a installer in VB with a test project and i have used a simplt command box in that. I have completed the installation and tried to install the same thing in an another system. But in that system it shown error as "Set up cannot continue,becaus e some system files are out of date on your system,click OK if you would like set up to update these files for you now. you will need to restart windows before you can run the set up again.click to cancel to exit set up without updating system files." I have restarted the system. But its not working...

Can u help me??

it is simple VB run time files Problem
1. Install the visual basic in this system.
2. use the third party tool 4 making ur software installer. Like Setup Factory it is force fully install ur product in the system.
