    Serialport class and visca commands

    Hey all,

    I'm attempting to write a program to control a Sony PTZ camera using VB 2005 express edition. Sony uses a command set structure called VISCA. I'm having trouble creating the packets correctly to send to the device.

    If anyone has experience with it would be much appreciated for some feedback and assistance.

      Hi Josh, I'm currently starting out to write a prog using VS 2005 to control Sony PRU-C2512 omni cam. Wonder if you've found any links to using VISCA? Are there any opensource resources avaliable on the net?
