Programming TreeView

I am very new to VB.

I have a project in mind for creating a project structure for users in the architectural office I work for.

I've set up List of Radio Buttons, to Choose the project type Healthcare, Retail, Hotel, etc. I've also created a series of check boxes for the different groups who may work on a particular project Architectural, Design, Electrical, etc.

My question: Is there a way to build a TreeView Structure to show an example of the folder structure based on the input from the Radio Buttons and Check Boxes?
