Hi, Could anyone help me how to eliminate duplicate values in excel sheet using vba.For eg i have 5 columns and 5 rows in my excel sheet.

A B C D E
PRONO IDNO ID TYPE NAME ADDRESS
1 123 a A1 Manhattan
2 111 b E00 Lousia
3 222 c E25 Stangera
4 333 d A1 Alishabab
5 444 e E00 kimnasis

I would like to eliminate only duplicates from the 4th column.How should i do that?

Hi Roxcy,

well.. to eliminate duplicate or redundancy we use the DISTINCT keyword with SELECT statement.. i.e.

"SELECT DISTINCT [nVehicleRegNo] FROM tblVehicleRegLi st;"
