Newbie - Quitting in VB6

I have almost finished my project but i have made a command button. What i want it to do is when clicked, exit the application/project and the whole of VB closes. Is this possible? If so how?

End
on its own

It's a good idea to make sure all the forms in your program are closed prior to exiting the program.

        Unload frm
