When I created an application in VB6 on a XP Pro machine, I used the Package Deployment Wizard to create a setup program.
When installing on it on another XP PRO machine, the
message says that system files are too old and will be replaced, then asks for restart. But, after restarting the machine, the setup always says that system files are too old and asks for a restart? Catch 22!
