    WebBrowser_BeforNavigate2

    When I look at the PostData in the BeforNavigate2 event I see only
    ??????????????? ???????n.
    Am I to believe it is encrypted for SSL?
    How do I read and change the data before posting?

      Better question... how do I convert a variant array to string?
