access application

Hi everyone

I've asked microsoft what I need to run an access application without having
access installed.
They told me that it can be done with certain tools from the visual studio
package.
I've got this visual studio package, but no idea how to solve my problem.
Does anyone know a tutorial of how solving this problem?
