I'm trying to teach myself VB.Net and my question is where can
I download a copy of VB.Net Standard trial version or Visual
Studio .Net trial version.

Well if you go to Microsoft Web Site, they will send you an evaluation copy
through the post which is valid for 60 days, well that at least how I got
mine.
