[VB Guy]

I am talking to a few people about working with me on a VB6 project what are
some good questions to ask (have you been asked) to sound out knowledge of
VB6 with out being insulted ;-)

I don't ask technical questions. I usually just ask "can you show me what
you have done" --whether it be software, design, user interface, controls,
database, or whatever.

At one summer I hired a 14 year old part time programmer simply because he
outshined the rest of the applicants with his product.
