I have created a small dhtml application for an intranet. A simple
page with text boxes for displaying retreived data. The web page
displays fine on my box, the development machine.
I use the PDW to package as an internet package, then deploy the
package to a network folder.
When other machines access the page for the first time, they get the
confirmation dialog to install the .cab file. Selecting yes installs
but no data is displayed in the text boxes.
You can then manually run regsrv32 on the created dhtml .dll file,
refresh the page and everything works fine from then on.
Its like the .dll isnt registered when the page runs the .cab
If anyone else has any insight or resolution any help would be
appreciated.
