Unknown Licensing Error

I'm developing a VB app and starting Monday, I've started receiving a
licensing error stating:

"Licensing information for this component not found. You do not have
an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design
environment."

As you can see, it does not state *what* has expired. I've checked
for a log file in the app's directory but no .log file was found.

Can some give me direction as to finding out what has expired?

Found the problem. It was the oradc.ocx control that comes with
Oracle client. To solve the problem, I had to use the oradc.ocx
control within the Oracle installation path instead of the one it
installed in c:\winnt\system 32.
