Access specific user inbox folder

What are the different ways to access other user's inbox folder.

we have created a group and its been impersonation access rights to specific user for that group.

we need to read inbox emails for each user associated to that group.

Please let me know the approach to fulfill this requirement.

Using like MAPI, EWS etc...
