Just want to seek your help regarding on vb.net 2008 and my backend is ms access. I attach the screenshot the scenario that i want in my program to do. in the main form where there is datagridview1 whenever i click the selected data it will appear in the second datagrid the employment history of the selected employee. how can i do this guys.
