Uncheck Enable Application Framework in VB.NET

Hi all,

I crated one form1 in vb.net.If i check the Enable Application Framework at Project property,the label display in correct,however ,if i uncheck the Enable Application Framework,the labels will change and display in incorrect character.

Note:my application will startup with SubMain.

Dose anybody know how to solve that problem?
