Exe call class in .vb file

Hi guys i'm trying to call an external .vb file class function
is it like dim a as ClassName=new ClassName()?
so how do you do with this kind of..
I try to search for return value from .vbs to project that i will compiled, but none got the answer..

If you wish to have code execute that does not exist directly inside a vb project, then you can create a class library (dll), in there you can create classes that can have instances created of.

Note, .vb files cannot be executed. It needs to be compiled as part of a vb.net solution or project to work.
