    Generally speaking the volunteers here prefer to help you with what you have already written/tried. Its the best way to help people learn.

    You should make an effort at it yourself... do some Googleing... make a few trials and attempts on your own... then post your closest working efforts and ask for some help in cleaning up the loose ends.

        The image is too low quality to make out anything.

            Even if it was of good quality, when you zoom in you'll see that it is written in some sort of arabic language, so you still can't make out anything.

              I don't think the screen shot is really all that vital. *What* the controls are and their values aren't the important thing.

              The O.P. would like some guidance on *how* to make a query, based on multiple controls' values. Does it really matter if its car colors/makes/models or homes/bedrooms/bathrooms or racetracks/camels/horses?

              Nady: What code do you have so far for making your SQL query? Can you show us what you have working so far?

                Try System.Data.Cli ent SqlParameter, SqlCommand.
                Have a look it might help Pass value to SqlCommand with SqlParameter
                I prefer StoredProcedure s you know to separate the Data Access Layer from the logic.

                //------------------- Edit
                I see some TextBoxs and ComboBoxs its easy to get your values from.
                //-------------------

                Regards,
                Bassem
