Compare Vales to Database

I have an entry screen which has 3 textboxes. When a user enters data
on the 3rd one I need it to compare the concatenated value of all 3
textboxes with the value of one column from a dataset that I am loading.
Any Ideas on how to handle this? Using VB.net 2008
