On my VSTO 2005 I can use help/contents and search throught a lot of good
examples and help for each keyword and several walkthroughts that help to
understand several topics but in VS 2008 standard although on its CD says
MSDN included the content of help is empty and only thing I can do is an
online search doesnt anyone know how to install those help contents?
