Setup and Deployment

How to run your application once "Setup and Deployment" is finished.

2)
Also I just want one setup.exe file - but when I choose the option to add
..net prerequesties it create a dotnetfix folder seperate.
Can I create just one .exe and include the dotnetfix in it?

Any help would be great.
