    Yes VB6 will be around for a long time. That's why the runtimes are
    supported as part of Vista and windows 2008, and why there's such a great
    interop experience with Vb7, 7.1, 8 and now especially VB 9.

    Should you have any problems bringing your old VB6 stuff over to .NET or
    interopp'ing with it, I'm sure you'll find lots of friendly folk here happy
    to help.

        Well i wil always be here to proudly say that i am a true VB progger wether
        it is VB6 or .Net bring me anny version and i wil code and recode it :-)
        although i mus honestly say that i only use VS.Net 2005 / 2008 mowadays but
        can someone forget how to swim or how to ride a bicycle ?
