MDI and TableLayoutPanel

I'd like to have MDI form with 3 panes - the left part is for List Bar, the
bottom part is for Status Bar and the remaining space for Child Form.
I tried to use TableLayoutPane l with no success. The Child form is not
displayed inside of the MDI, because I do not know how to set its parent as
TableLayoutPane l
