VS toolbar icon location

[Dean Slindee]

Anybody know where the "Start debugging" (green triangle) icon is located in
the Visual Studio folder? Hint: not in VS2005ImageLibr ary, looked there.

I assume it is stored as a resource in "devenv.exe " or another binary file.
However, note that those icons are not licensed for use in your own
applications.
