Fill empty DataGrid

I have a DataGrid that is set for about 10 rows of data.

The problem is that when my table only shows 3 rows I then have a datagrid
with a black background below the 3rd row to the bottom of the grid.

Is there a way to show empty rows in the grid down to the bottom of the
grid?

Or is there a way to resize the datagrid to the size of the rows?
