And why you would post the code is a mystery. You need to debug it yourself.
Anyway, the message means exactly what it is saying. Either you're passing
too many, too few of a number of arguments or an argument being passed in
string when it should have been (int) to the stored (proc).
Sometimes you can set a brake point on the Catch and go to the InnerText
messages of the Exception and the messages might tell you exactly what is
wrong.

Seeing the error, it says that you are sending more o less parameters
than it needs. Also, you could be sending to SP exactly the parameters
that it needs, but in wrong data type.
