    Reference Books?

I'm undertaking a new project to convert an Access app to .NET. Can
anyone give me names of reference books I should get? I haven't
touched .NET in a few years and I've never converted an Access app.
Also, what are some good developer websites?

Convert might be the wrong term to use - rewrite is probably more accurate.
..NET is sufficiently different from Access that a straight port probably
    won't be possible.

What level would you rate yourself as a programmer? Especially in .NET?
    Beginner? Intermediate? Expert?
