    I need a little program writing.

    Can anyone out there write me a small program...I would be prepared to
    pay for it.
    I need a program that can generate random questions from a text file.
    I have done the text file, I would need someone to do the rest. There
    is a bit more to it, which I will happily fill you in on if you email
    me.
