An app that adds info to a database when a user calls a helpdesk the
help desk operator ADDS into in a form it then updates that form,
maybe emails te user to tell them that their request was received,
etc...
I wrote a call logging system in VB.NET many years ago, but the source code
is copyright of me - sorry

???
No offense, but why tell the OP you have a solution if you aren't
willing to share it?

Its not so difficult to write your own VB frontent that connects to a SQL
database
I know - that's what I spend most of my time doing at work.
The one I wrote was primitive but suited the needs of where I was working at
the time
My question wasn't about the complexity of db interaction or about
your call logging application - my question was on the purpose of your
post. It didn't make sense to me for you to post a reply saying you
have a solution but the OP can't have it. It's kind of like the
following:
Q: Does anyone have a dollar I can borrow?
A: I have a dollar, but you can't have it.
I guess my question is why post something that has no benefit to the
OP? I'm not trying to be the newsgroup police or a troll or anything,
your post just didn't make sense to me.
