The value violates the MaxLength limi Error

[=?Utf-8?B?QXJuZSBCZXJ1bGRzZW4=?=]

I'm getting the above error when Loading from an Access database. I'm using
VB.Net 2005. The database length is set to 75...but for some reason fails if
the length exceeds 35. This error occurs on Save. I will also get this
error if I go into the database and manually increase the length beyond 35.

I'm very confused...

Any suggestions?
