    Help with Vb.net 2002

    Hello,
Can someone tell me if there are any updates for .net 2002 to get up to date
    with 2005?

Or do I need to download express 205 / buy it again?

Bought 2002, just dont see why i need to buy it again.....

If you want to access the VB2005 features (including Generics and "My"),
you will need to upgrade Visual Studio to the 2005 version. If you are satisfied
with the features that you already have, you can stay with VB2002 as it will
continue to work just fine. I think the new VB2005 features significantly
improve the product, so I was glad to upgrade. And if you are working at
the Express level (i.e., your programming needs are simple and you don't
plan on writing ASP.NET applications), then VB2005 Express is made available
    at a great price (free!).

      Warex,

There are no updates to upgrade from VS2002 to VS2003 to VS2005, etc.

However, the free VB2005 Express Edition might give you everything you need.

There is also a VC# 2005 Express and a Visual Web Developer 2005 Express,
      all of which are free.
