.net framework 1.1.4322

Where can I find the installation file for .net framework1.1.43 22? I'm
trying to install my vb.net (vs 2003) application and it says it needs this
version of framework installed. I thought the setup program was supposed to
include that, but apparently not.

The Microsoft site only has v2.0 of framework.
