Failed to load control

Hi

My software uses many OCX controls.

Often i see "Failed to load control blabla outdated.. aso."

What causes this error? Hapens it randomly, most often with Windows98.
Afrer restatring computer all works fine.One day i dont get this error at
all, other day again many times.

I forget to mention, that those controls use MS Forms2 DLL.
Can this cause this problem?
