Hi People i'm working with small assignment where i have to create a backup of my access database ([filename].mdb) in a word file/ Exel spreadsheet so that later i can retrieve back that to a mdb file..... Please help me out!!! :confused:

You can do it directly from the access, if you dont want to do it programatically .
Open the table in access and File > Export
you can save the file as an excel or wordComment
