Adding a Server Control to Visual Studio?

Lo all,

Ok - trying to get a bit fancy now :o)

Anyone know if I can:

a) Change the icon (currently a COG) that appears next to my own control in
the ToolBox when added
b) Add a new Tab within the ToolBox programmaticall y, ie, when my controls
are added they get put in a new tabbed group

If so - how! :o)
