To who may assist:
I am looking at the possibility of creating an application (In VB.NET) that
will allow our technical support teams to install SMS 2003 packaged
applications at will without giving them anything but read access to the SMS
Databases and admin rights to the workstations they are installing to.
Is there a way to programatically send a message to the local SMS Agent Host
service on client machines specifying the immediate installation of a given
packagename and packageid?
Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.
