The forms in the application are taking ten seconds to load. The forms
have few controls and the delay in loading seems to happen on the
initial load. If the form is accessed several times within a few
seconds no delay exists. If the form is not accessed for several
minutes the next time it loads the delay reoccurs. The forms are
Modal.
