Explore simulation with listview

Hi all,

how is it possible by using an exising listview control I could show
the effect similar to
the cut operation for file.

I mean to say on right click of any entry of the listview if I say cut
then it should display that associated entry with a similar effect as
that of cut operation on any file or folder in explorer.

How is it possible
