Using AXlinear barcode

I have an application which uses the AXLinear ActoveX bar code font. I
am migrating it to a new machine and need setup instructions for the
control, but the company seems to have gone under and no instructions
exist online. Does anyone have them or know how to do this, where the
license file goes, etc?
