MD5 Hash problem on a classified machine

I am creating a hash check for an item on a classified network. The
FIPS has to be enabled and everytime my software runs I get this error
: "System.Invalid OperationExcept ion: This implementation is not part of
the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.
" I used System.Security .Cryptography.M D5CryptoService Provider.


What is the easiest way for me to get this to work?
