Picture in Listview

In a ImageList, we can define the ImageSize, which is the same for all
image.
So all image have the same size.
Is there a property allowing to have each image keeping its aspect ratio,
like in Windows Explorer with option 'thumbnails' ?
So Images should be file in my ListView when using its LargeImageList.
