    URL

    hi, sryif anyone gets annoyed by this but im a C++ programmer along with Vb
    and i cant find the URL to the c++ newsgroup and ive been looking all over
    the site and cant get there....does anyone have it? seems like a noob q but
    my comp is messed at the moment....
