Control network interface of remote machine

Hello there!

I'm trying to enable/disable a network interface card on a remote
machine. No, I don't cut my own connection. The machine has two network
interfaces and I want to control the second one which I'm not
connecting to.

I know how to implement this with WSH but I want to implement this with
a .NET program. Any idea?
