Performance Testing on VB.NET applications

Hi,

We are developing a Client Server application using VB.NET. We are going to
do the Performance Test. I want to know whether VB.NET has any issue related
to Performance Test. Like constraints with respect to memory, system
performance etc.

Please let me know what are all the things which I need to have before start
the Performance Test on VB.NET application

Please let me know if any tools is available for this.
