scrol in datagrid

Hi,

When I select a record in my datagrid, it becomes blue and an arrow
appears.
When I start scrolling with the mousewheel, it stops when the selected
record gets out of sight.

Anybody an Idea to make it scroll just like eg Excel, where I can
scroll from the first to the last record..
