    VBIDE error on Build

OK, I am using VB.Net 2003. I have the below error in the task list
when I build the solution. It can build and compile the solution fine
and you'd never know there was a problem, except for the below message.

"The referenced component 'VBIDE' could not be found. Could not load
the type library. Library not registered."
Any ideas what this is and how I can fix it?

    Thanks.

Do you reference this component? To check that, select the "References "
folder of your project in solution explorer.

I do not remember referencing it as I don't know what it is. I would
remove it but I am a bit hesitant in case it breaks something. any
        idea what it is?

If the code compiles with the "invalid" reference, then it should compile
                without it too.

Sorry Rob, I just don't have time. I am just too busy. I am just not
interested because I just don't have time and I am just too busy.

Re-read the question, it was NOT what is VBIDE, it was why is the
                        reference generating an error.
