IIS and ASP.NET Web Application???

Hi,

When I start VS.NET and choose new project / ASP.NET Web application , I
got the error :

VS.NET cannot create or open application because no webserver dedected at
URL : http://localhost/webapplication1 make sure webserver is installed and
runing.

In Windows programs I see IIS is installed...

What canI do?
