Microsoft Visio.

Visual Studio .Net Enterprise Architect even comes with "Visio for
Enterprise Architects", but if you have a different VS.NET edition you can
always purchase Visio separately.

Rational (now owned by IBM) have a product Rational Rose XDE which
integrates with VS.NET.

Enterprise Architect - a fraction of the price of rose and real nice code generate/sync with code options, the odd 'funny' though. It does VB, VB.NET C# C++ Delphi ..
