Incorrect syntax near ','., Insert into parallel (, paycode, date, time) values (,'3'

There is an error in parallel.txt when I exporting attendance biometrics data as parallel into MSSSQL Server 2008R2.
Please help me how can I solve this.

You need to get rid of the initial commas in the field list and values list.
